FOR PROPOSALS. We are soliciting proposals from qualified
individuals and firms to conduct the second phase of an industry
cluster analysis for the Southwest Corner workforce investment
area, with a specific focus on commuting patterns. The proposal

QUARTERLY
BOARD MEETINGS. Our full board meets on the
4th Tuesday of January, April, July and October from 8:30 AM
to 10:30 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn at Southpointe in Canonsburg,
PA. There is a public comment period at the end of each
